Hi, I'm Anisha, a Certified Pregnancy Health Coach and Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula passionate about helping moms navigate the life-changing journey of motherhood. With a blend of holistic practices and modern strategies, I provide support and guidance needed to feel confident, balanced, and empowered through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.
My mission is to prepare new parents so they can experience better health, less stress and more joy through early parenthood.
