As an author and fellow journeyer through the exciting and sometimes nerve-wracking world of pregnancy, it brings me immense joy to introduce you to Expecting: A Pregnancy Journal. This pregnancy journal is more than just pages; it's a sacred space where you can capture the magic of each moment, from the first flutter to your radiant glow- even if you think it's just a little sweat!


In this journal, you will find thoughtfully laid-out prompts for each trimester to help get you started. Use the ample writing space to include special details and really make this journal your own. My favorite part might just be the memento pages sprinkled throughout, where you can attach special photos and your sonograms to create a meaningful keepsake. THE AUTHOR

Anisha Pandya Patel is a certified Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula, New Parent Coach, and Founder of masalamommy.com, through which she globally supports new and expecting parents via online courses and private coaching so they can avoid burnout and feel confident in pregnancy and through the postpartum phase. Anisha is also known for her social media presence, where she delivers education and inspiration on the less talked-about topics of how to prepare for motherhood. Her teachings are rooted in science and tested by her own experience as a mom of three. Her mission is to bring back Eastern practices for maternal well-being while helping the modern-day mama feel seen and supported.
