Hi, I’m Anisha — a calm, steady guide for women who want to enter motherhood feeling informed, supported, and truly grounded.

 

I know the transition into motherhood can feel like a lot — the identity shift, the endless decisions, the pressure to “do everything right,” and the fear of losing the parts of yourself you’ve worked so hard to build. I’ve been there, and I’ve helped many women through the same season.

 

My work combines holistic wellness, evidence-based prenatal education, and the nurturing traditions of Ayurvedic postpartum care. But more importantly, it gives you something you can’t get from apps, classes, or Instagram:

A trusted guide.

A safe space.

A plan that honors your life, your body, and your values.

Motherhood 360° Coaching is a 1:1 coaching program designed for women who want both emotional support and practical guidance during this life-changing chapter. Each session is tailored to your timeline, your goals, and your current stage—whether you’re in early pregnancy, late pregnancy, or navigating postpartum. Most people look at the motherhood journey as two separate phases: pregnancy and postpartum (which hardly gets the attention it truly deserves). With Motherhood 360° coaching, we honor and work together through the entire journey from pregnancy, postpartum and return to work (or your new normal) and view it as one continuous path because this is what makes us truly feel whole and supported.
