Anisha, Founder of MasalaMommy and a Certified Pregnancy Health Coach & Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula, is passionate about supporting new moms on their journey. Through 1:1 coaching and tools like her book called Expecting: A Pregnancy Journal, she blends modern insights and natural wellness tips, to help moms create a balanced, mindful approach to pregnancy and prioritize their well-being through postpartum.
