Hi, I’m Anisha — a calm, steady guide for women who want to enter motherhood feeling informed, supported, and truly grounded.
I know the transition into motherhood can feel like a lot — the identity shift, the endless decisions, the pressure to “do everything right,” and the fear of losing the parts of yourself you’ve worked so hard to build. I’ve been there, and I’ve helped many women through the same season.
My work combines holistic wellness, evidence-based prenatal education, and the nurturing traditions of Ayurvedic postpartum care. But more importantly, it gives you something you can’t get from apps, classes, or Instagram:
